"This hotel is perched above the town and has a beautiful garden filled with fruit trees, and views of the duomo, town and valley. It's a lovely, quiet place and it even has parking about 5 minutes up the hill, which is impossible to find in Ragusa Ibla. The staff are very gracious, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was so quiet, and the bed was very comfortable with a mattress topper. We highly recommend it. "

We knew there was a small shower before arriving, by far the smallest shower we have used in all of our stays all over Italy. The bed was not comfortable. The only thing to note is that the hotels.com posting mentions parking but this is actually on street parking a few minutes walk away dependant on availability and not guaranteed. "

"We had an amazing stay. The room was supplied with everything, tea, coffee, drinks, etc, it was perfect. I took the property’s garden tour, Beha, was an excellent tour guide. "Residenza Donnafugata B&B is located at the eastern end of Ragusa Ibla. In spite of being so close to everything in the historic center as well as the newer Ragusa Superiore it is quiet and relaxing. For drivers it is especially helpful that it is so close to parking. I drove to the B&B location and host Giuseppe drove with me to the parking, helped with my bags, and was careful to orient me so it would be easy to find my car again!
