"Very nice room. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and not feel cramped. It was a suite (Room 225) with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our stay of a couple days. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel had everything that we could have wanted. We arrived rather early and we were lucky enough to be able to check in right away. This was amazing after a long day of travel to get to Bilboa. Friendly staff, spacious room and great service....

"Very good city centre hotel. Good central Bilbao location (we walked to both old town and the Guggenheim) with bonus of (quite expensive) parking. Classic looking exterior but inside a very good, modern hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We'd booked a classic double but were given a room upgrade and were extremely happy with the room we had. Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable, looking out on to the street. "The palace is located in the center of the town making it accessible to all forms of transportation. Being that the hotel is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the old town, the noise didn’t bother me when I was in the hotel room. I also want to give a shout out to Luz, who prepared breakfast with the most delicious foods and baked goods! I can’t leave out the front desk staff either, they were all so helpful, joyful and friendly. "

"The rooms are quite nice, they have a really nice terrace and the location is just right around all the shops and restaurants. The only bad thing I can say is the shower head was a little outdated."
