"Great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful, room was great, restaurant and room service were excellent. Only complaint, and not any reflection on the hotel itself, was the location. It's not the most-centrally located property, so you're a bit of a walk from historical sites and other tourist interests. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking in the area at any time. Will definitely be back to Naples and will definitely consider staying again!"

"Rooms are large. They each have several small balconies. WiFi works good. Breakfast was good with fresh squeezed juices different ones each day. Bed comfortable. Hotel is located on 2 floors of an apartment building on main boulevard. Near many attractions and in between 2 metro stations. Found great restaurants in the area. Very walkable, lots of shopping. Great location. Nice stay."

"The hotel is in a renovated building with the area surrounding the hotel looking a little rundown but that's how much of Naples is. Everything in the hotel worked, the hot water was hot, all the plumbing was working, the sheets and towels were clean. The hotel doesn't seem to have staff present at all times, the desk certainly was often unmanned but that's how some hotels operate these days.
