"The location is great. Large contemporary hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. But no luggage racks. We set our suitcases on the floor. We were only there for a night so we’re not using the closets. Staff at check in and out were friendly. However during check in our daughter was in the lobby by our luggage waiting for us to check in and the lobby “guard” approached her asking her questions that were uncomfortable like she didn’t belong there. She’s 25, not a child and were we only 10 feet...

"My new favourite hotel in Madrid…. And there are a lot to choose from. The location is just perfect , taxis everywhere, subway near by and a safe interesting walk to most central points of interest. The rooms were comfy and clean, the bathrooms were well thought out and really decent water pressure in bathes and shower . The breakfast is one of the best i have had the pleasure to enjoy and all the staff from the front office people to the room cleaners are delightful, i will definitely stay...

"Well appointed, diversed and good service with breakfast buffet. Very professional and friendly staff. Juaquin checked us in was great. The ladies at the breakfast were attentive. The lady shuttle driver that picked up at the airport at about 530 pm on 02/24 helped us with the suitcases. The cleaning lady greeted us while walking to the elevator. We loved the beds. The blackout drapes were excellent. My wife felt she had one of the best night's sleep ever. Even the security guard was friendly...

"Hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located within 10 mins walk from Atocha train station.Room is clean and they make the beds daily. 3 mins walk from nearest Metro Station. Breakfast is good, lots of varieties and located at the 7th floor of the hotel."
