"Breakfast could be better. Towels were very thin. One time the elevator was taking a long time so we decided to use the stairs to go down. Doors were locked. I notified front desk. Despite all these, they have the most amazing staff. From security personnel, restaurant staff, housekeeping and front desk, they are all very helpful. Always willing to help. The room was always clean. Everyone was so accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff didn’t even know I was coming had a hard time finding reservation I left the hotel to make a store run and they locked me out and finally one of the other guests came and opened the door after 15 min of pounding, rooms were ok but their idea of a blanket is a sheet "

"Door has cracked, can see thru inside and broken bathtub edge with no curtains at Room 219. "

"We booked a 2 day stay in this hotel. The room is old with fruit flies and mosquitoes. The entire hotel was hot and the pool not working. Although I must admit the staff were pleasant but the entire condition is quite unbearable we ended up booking another hotel and moved out the following day "
