Very helpful reception staff who were always on hand to assist and store luggage on our final day. Very cool architectural quirk with the excavated walls underneath the hotel. Nice place to sit in the evening - seemed the type of place where eating / drinking out was more typical. "

"This clean, central hotel was an excellent base for exploring Granada. Standout feature was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who booked transfers, restaurants and just looked after us so well. "

"The rooms are very basic. The hotel is located just outside the older moorish district. Breakfast was above basic but not a total buffet. However for 11 euros it was a good deal to get the day going. The team didn’t seem to know the neighborhood when asking them for suggestions. But they were polite. "

"The decor in the lobby was lovely. Staff were friendly efficient. Secure parking was great though with a large car, a bit of a challenge. Slightly hard to locate at first glance. Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. Will definitely use again. "
