"I truly do not understand why there are so many negative reviews about this hotel… I do not have a single negative thing to say about it. This was my first trip to Europe, and it was a solo trip. Upon arrival, (Jose or Julio, I can not remember his name unfortunately…) was so kind and accommodating. He spoke wonderful English and was a great conversationalist—making me feel immediately at home. They checked me in quickly and efficiently and even showed me everything inside the room and stayed...

"Very friendly receptionist, Ruby welcomed us with a lot of information of activities, provided a map and gave us all the directions to the main attractions. We’ve got a free upgrade into an annex building around the corner, very nice, spacious and clean room. Quiet space. Walkable distance to all main interest points. "I wasn’t sure how this was going to pan out when I found out there was no hotel front desk but I received communication and had someone there to greet us upon arrival and show us how to use the electronic door opening system, staff were friendly, communicated everything we needed well, the room was cleaned daily with fresh bed linen and towels provided, also we were Informed of local cafes/restaurants to use and had a number to message if we needed anything else. Was perfect for a short trip...

"This hotel was clean, safe, and quiet. It was conveniently located far from all the tourism craziness but also close to all the attractions we were visiting. We easily ordered a taxi from this hotel to the Vatican/Colosseum/Steps/Fountain which was faster than walking. The manager was so hospitable and offered great dining suggestions. One of the restaurants around the corner was Al forno della soffitta which was our favorite meal of our entire trip."
