"Great hotel for a one night stopover. Located just over the spanish border off the motorway. Super friendly staff. Excellent with dogs. They gave our dogs a toy at check in. Good food served. Very relaxed atmosphere."

"This small 2 star aparthotel really outshines some of the other 3 or 4 star hotels I've stayed in. They really take care of you and make you feel at home, with complimentary snacks, coffee, tea and fruit in the main sitting room that makes you feel like you're in cozy living room. There's artwork and carefully thought out finishes and touches everywhere. The hostess at the front desk, Adriana, was a gem! She was very kind and helpful with loads of information. "Good location for accessing tapas bars. Friendly service. Because service people are not always at the reception, we need to carefully communicate our arrival time. Because a tapas bar is just next the building, it is noisy but not so much. We slept well."

"We loved San Sebastian and found the hotel location very convenient. We are also very grateful for the wonderful help we received from the hotel Receptionist on the day we checked out. Our early morning flight was canceled and ti reschedule we needed a Spanish speaker. The Receptionist patiently spoke with the airline so we were able to reschedule without having to go to the airport. "

"It was exactly as expected. Great staff, very helpful. But the hotel and its amenities are very old, in need of a renovation. Either way, it was a nice stay overall. Wide rooms and comfortable individual beds. Clean room and bathroom. We got a room with a terrace which was nice. "
