"Shower rooms are filthy. There was no toilet seat in my room and floor was dirty. Bed and room decor were good. Staff is low caliber and need training. Managers were not available to respond to my concerns. "

"The property is older but clean and well maintained. There are several different restaurants on site but they all use the same menu. The food is quite good, and the breakfast buffet that comes with most rooms has a good variety of items and good quality. Our main concern was the noise levels. The first night we were there, they had a DJ playing full blast in the pool area until nearly 5 am. I asked the front desk twice to lower the volume levels. "Terrible the first night we were given a hut which was very poorly equipped. Avoid Purple Rain which was aptly named as the combined tiny room with toilet and shower wash basin not compartmentalised was leaking water which flowed into the other room a bedroom. The hut was very cold we slept fully clothed … water leak awful no hot water no internet.
