"It was an excellent place to stay. The bed was warm and comfortable. All the amenities included an A/C, heater, safe, etc. Incredible South African hospitality. Great breakfast in the morning with incredible tasting Omelette made to your preference. The property is nice, with a beautiful garden. Did I mention the great hospitality? They are the best host of people. Cudos to the Owner, Chris, and the manager, Allison. My stay at Highgrove made the trip to South Africa more enjoyable. "

"The Hydro offers appealing apartment accommodation and the location is very good in Sandton. However the onsite service from the manager was very disappointing. There were discrepancies in what was advertised as inclusive with hotels.com and what was provided on arrival (free wi-fi access, DSTV). The manager was seldom on site and we had to deal with security personell to try and assist us. Based on this reason, we would rather book elsewhere when next on business in Johannesburg."
