"Bed was very difficult to get into, thermostat didn’t do anything, toilet paper holder was broken and generally it was not a good experience. "

"The view from my room was beautiful out the balcony. The shower was ridiculously small and inconvenient, the elevator was so small for a person over 150lbs, the staff was wonderful. I had a great time primarily because of the location and the balcony. If i was on an inner room i wouldn't have stayed longer than a night. I was lucky to have a street view and balcony! Staff was great! The walls are so thin i could talk to my neighbors which was embarrassing. "

"Well appointed apartment and had everything we needed. Good location by Moulin Rouge/Blanche metro. Walking distance to Montmartre. Not too noisy with windows closed. Very steep staircase or 1 person elevator. Note that access is only with a QR code sent to phone. I was a little nervous incase my phone battery died that wouldn’t be able to gain entrance to my room. This didn’t happen and everything went smoothly, but it was a concern. I’d stay again, but would love a physical room key card. "

"The room was pretty small, and so was the bathroom. Room service came in every day and remade the beds and gave us new towels. Only issue was that sometimes when you showered water got all over the floor, either because of how small it was or an issue with the door or sealant, i don't know. Overall it was as advertised. Lovely neighborhood and close to public transit. Would definitely recommend the vegan bakery Land and Monkeys nearby. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. "
