"Good stay overall. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was free, hot, and plentiful (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc…) The staff members were friendly. The property itself needs some TLC though. There were broken floor tiles, the fixtures in our room’s bathtub were loose, the door lock for one of the main floor restroom stalls was broken, and 3 of the 4 elevators were also broken. The 4th elevator worked most of the time, but froze sometimes,...

"Hotel was packed (sold out). Several guests in the lobby waiting at check-in. This shows what a good hotel this was. Hospitable guests svc at front desk. Area is safe. Rooms were clean with great prices. Good location with restaurants and shops. "

"There were great dining options immediately surrounding the hotel and it was very convenient for my work conference. The breakfast was decent in that it had the basics. The only problems we ran into was a clogged toilet we had to plunge, a missing deadbolt, and a broken door chain. In other words, we could not lock the door beyond the keycard."

"We stayed in a suite with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The size of the suite was great. As far as cleanliness, the room left a bit to be desired. We had a sleeper sofa which my daughter slept in, and when I removed the cushions, the undersides were absolutely covered in stains. I also noticed a few bits of trash and hair on the ground throughout the room which was a little off putting. The queen beds were comfortable. "Everything about the hotel was excellent except the bed was a little firm for my taste and the pills were a little lumpy. I usually bring my own pillow so that's my fault. But if that's the worst I can say, then I would say the hotel is well worth the price as it was $50 less than hotels on the same road just a few hundred yards away."
