"The staff was extremely concerned with our well being and have offered a very nice commercial gesture to compensate for the lack of hot water in our room. Our room faced the city of Gien and the view was really great. One just have to walk accross a bridge to reach the interesting sidewalk with restaurants on the other side of the Loire. I prefer that view (Castle of Anne de Beaujeu) from the one the hotels on the other side of the rriver would have. Highly recommended hotel."

"Tucked away in the beautiful town of Chablis, this hotel has the aura of luxury and elegance without the price ticket. Very clean, spacious bar, lounge and restaurant. We enjoyed a private sauna and relaxation before an excellent evening meal. The toon was very charming and comfortable with an excellent shower. "We chose this property for location and for the advertised spa but didn’t understand that the staff closed it at 5 pm so if check in is 3 pm and you’re only staying one night that’s a very short time in the hot tub or sauna. It’s a beautiful setting and the breakfast was superb. "
