"Even though it’s on the main drag, it’s very quiet and cozy. It’s within walking distance of at least 20 small restaurants. Wonderful hosts! Delicious breakfast! It’s hard to realize that about 80 years ago, tanks landing at Normandy rolled along these same streets. "

Helpful and friendly staff, though we were caught out by the fact they don’t staff reception all hours, so you are supposed to let them know in advance when you’re arriving, if before 3pm. A few small issues: the bathroom had a bath with shower attachment but there was no high spot to hang the shower head, so had to hold it which makes washing hair very...
