"I paid up in full for Lofty Stay and on reaching their location I learnt that it has been closed and sealed by the bank. Hotels.com shud have verified this and removed this Service Apartment from their listing. I have no connect number of Hotels customer complaints. Hotels.com is obligated and is requested to refund my entire amount as I've trusted this site for many years and this episode was extremely distressing"

"Hotels located at the corner if a noisy n busy 4 street junction,property is unkept on the whole the linenwear in the room.was old and with stains!!! Rooms of the hotel are nowhere nea compared r to the pictures/photos seen of the hotel rooms on hotels.com we would definitley not stay here again and neither would we recommend the hotel to others"
