"Beautiful hotel, from the lobby to the room. Clean, comfy and stylish. Light switches were slightly frustrating at times, as we couldn’t get the lighting to work in the bedroom - but that’s being picky. It was a great place to stay "

"I had a comfortable, large room with a renovated bathroom which has good, fixed bottle toiletries However, furniture is shabby and old. There was no microwave nor any cutlery to stir sugar in your coffee. The hotel is in a quiet area. Parking is free ! "

"the Canberra QT is a lovely place to stay. At the moment it has lots of construction happening all around it which makes it a bit inconvenient but the staff well and truly make up for this with their impeccable service. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working in our room and very easily we where moved to a different room with no concerns. Great stay."

"On checking in, my credit card which was used to secure the booking was charged even though I ticked the pay on arrival button and I was standing at the counter with my eftpos card. This meant that I then had to go into my bank accounts and move money around which was inconvenient. The room was nice and large with cloud-like beds that were beautiful to sleep on. When I pulled down the blind there was a big strip of dust the length of the blind. I'm not sure anyone had ever cleaned along the top...

"We have stayed here before because it is a great location and the hotel facilities are very good at a very good price. The staff are very good. The only issue was the difficulty with using the television. Could not view any TV stations. The staff offered to help but we were away through the day and hence did not have the opportunity to take up their offer. I do not blame the staff at all. "
