"The hotel was great...hotels.com was not. They took my reservation when the hotel was already full so I arrived at 11 pm after an international flight to find out I had a reservation but no room! Thankfully the employees were understanding and extremely helpful. They not only called around to check for availability at other hotels but after that didn't work they started checking with guests with reservations that had not yet arrived and found someone who was not able to make it that night....

The shower was one of my favorite showers in any hotel I have stayed at. I enjoyed my stay and if I travel to Paris again, will stay there again. "

We were not the only ones other people staying in the building had the same issue. It took quite some time to get the doors open. Also it would have been nice to have at least 1 English speaking channel. The neighborhood was party central loud music until late in the hours. "
