"We arrived late, but the hotel sent perfect instructions to get us to our rooms. Nicely appointed room. Only gripe was it was a little cool and the radiators weren’t on to adjust it.would definitely stay again and recommend. "

"We stayed in room 3 Room wasnt as clean as I wanted as we found used tissues in the top drawer when looking for a hair dryer which the room didnt have so I had to ask at the bar for one.. and when my daughter went to use the toilteries they were empty. Other than that and maybe a little uldating of the decor it was a nice stay and we would return.."

"As a constant traveller, I really prefer these older hotels with their big rooms and spacious bathrooms. Lovely staff, from reception to the restaurant and bar staff. Great home made steak and ale pie for dinner. Room was brightly lit, a big desk for working, lots of sockets and great WiFi. Thank you all."

"What a fantastic place the owner jon couldn't have been more helpful we got lost he navigated us all the way to our stay the studio was beautiful nice comfy bed comfy settee nice surrounding and pet friendly will defo go back if in the area and price of studio was sooo cheap for what we got 😁😁😁😁"
