"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but...

"We stayed in a junior suite - need to have a place to put clothes! Poor use of space. You could put a dresser/shelves in front of each window with lighting. Refrigerator was not working - warm. Bed comfortable, not couch and chair not comfortable."

"Very friendly staff-extremely prompt with requests big and small. Really appreciated the courtesy extended, as others we encountered around Strasbourg were not friendly overall (it was an extremely busy weekend and the Christmas Markets were absolutely packed). "
