"We never received a check-in email with instructions. We ended up stranded outside in the cold for over an hour. Another guest was also stuck outside with us. We tried calling every number listed - they finally answered after calling over 30 times. The kitchen area was very dirty. There was tons of old rotten food in the fridges. Some of it not even covered. Didn’t feel comfortable eating breakfast there. The room was super hot, even with the windows open had a hard time sleeping. Would not...
