"3階か4階が受付でエレベーター無し階段のみです。荷物少のわたしにはその分リーズナブルという感じでとても良かったです。荷物巨大な方はキツいかもしれません。1階にコンビニや飲食店も有り、鉄道寧波駅から徒歩圏内で月湖も歩いて直ぐで立地はとても良いです。"

"I was promised breakfast included in the booking but they disputed it even after showing them the booking did include it. It was a pity as the room was great with good facilities. "

"中心街で場所は良いが、シャワー、トイレ、部屋は清潔とはいえない。すぐ横エリアの古い街並みの建物写真掲載でそういうところに泊まれるかと期待していたが、隣のブロックの大通りに面した普通の古いビルでした。"

"There was a lot of confusion with check in - we had to try FOUR differerent rooms. The first one, had a lit cigarette in it, the second one had two single beds (we requested a double), the third one literally had two people in bed together (it was awkward), and finally the fourth one was right. This was at 9pm, so it was extremely frustrating to witness this lack of organization. The cleanliness of the suite was good, but the bathroom had an awful smell. The breakfast was great"
