"being double charged, told me to pay cash on site when i arrived so i had to go to atm and get cash out and realized when i got back hm they charged my credit card too on top of it, phone doesnt work when i call them they dont respond to me at all, i contacted hotels.com and they contacted them for a refund and it never happened"

The website stated that complimentary water would be provided, but when we checked in, we were not given any despite asking multiple times. The staff seemed careless about our request and ultimately provided only one bottle of water for our two-day stay. We had to sleep all night thirsty without drinking water, and since it was late, we could not get water from nearby shops."

"STAY AWAY!!! The place is a dump. There was actual poo on the floor in the restroom off the lobby. When we told them we couldn't stay because if was such a dump, they refused to refund ANY of our money even though we never stayed there. "
