"A neat hotel in a good location especially for public transport. Slightly small rooms but a good use of space. Access to the sink in the bathroom is limited by a very large hair drier. The rooms are being update and I had one so every thing was in as new condition. There was a small amount of noise from the builders and its a pity Hotel.com didn’t warn about this."

No reception desk even in check in hours. When I didn't receive it, i called and called and called. No answer on phone. Got stranded outside the hostel with nowhere to go the night I arrived.
