"We were a bit concerned after booking because self check in, luggage lockers etc but all went very smoothly. Really great location for the bus and train stations. Really clean, there’s a lift. We missed having a kettle to make a cuppa but that’s all. Restaurants nearby….well, tbh, don’t bother. Italian terrible unless you want a pizza, indian not good and overpriced. "

"Happy with the complimentary water, coffee and lollies. Nice and friendly reception. Great location. Close to SBB. Was close to the tram and some establishments which was great but there were some noise disturbance experienced from the transportation and people shouting during night time. "

"I really liked the proximity to the train station and old town area. I thought there were good restaurants nearby and some options for grocery shopping. I thought the hotel room was nice and clean and had what I needed for my stay. The staff was polite, although I wish there was a more clear reception area. "

"Staff hospitable and supportive. Excellent location to reach central train station, tour bus and trams across hotel, breakfast with good variety of hot/cold food and available until 10am. Stayed at the hotel side, and paid extra to bigger room. During daytime, easy to locate - beside Starbucks. Nighttime, you need google maps to locate place. "
