"We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. Staff was incredible friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We had such a unique room that had 2 floors (bathroom on the bottom floor, sleeps 4 in total, and a small private outdoor sitting area). "The room was nice. Be sure to not try to walk to this property from the train station. Google maps says 34 minutes, but half of it is a mountain trail, steep and narrow. We should have turned back, but we kept thinking, "we can make it." We did, barely. Took an hour and a half with luggage. "

"This hotel was very nice - it was very clean, very modern decor. The amenities were very nice, the breakfast was excellent. It was close to the Mt Etna tour which we took. Small drawbacks were a lack of blankets in the room, and the staff did not speak a lot of English. That was fine, we worked it out, but it was noticeable. I would definitely stay here again."

"I thought these were two adjoining apartments for all 9 of us to stay. I was expecting a kitchen we could share and a balcony. Not easily accessible from City Center; we took the 534 bus and then had to get a taxi the rest of the way, 90euros for 2 taxis. Our airport transfer was 120euros for 2 taxis.
