The staff are grumpy and unhelpful and the sister hotel the Campanille, we had a power cut, they let you have a brew only on weekday mornings because "we aren't open on the weekend" despite me actually staying in the hotel. Would never recommend to anyone. "

"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"

"On the Hotels.com website it says that you can’t check after 9pm which was a problem for us since our flight got delayed till 11pm. I was worried and called many times but no one answered. Come to find out that there is a self check in outside the lobby of the hotel.. would have appreciated knowing that before hand. There were bugs everywhere and the sheets could have been cleaner.
