"Lovely hotel. The staff were amazing. Really quiet location with clean functional rooms. Could really do with aircon. Had to open the windows and got eaten alive by mozzies. Embarrassing we didn’t know more spainsh made ordering food etc tricky but nice stay"

"After finding out that the hotel is not 3 miles (as announced) but 45 minutes away from Redondela we arrived at 5:00 PM and we whatsapp the number on the window. The woman was rude saying that she called us which is not true, I have an international number and there were no instructions in the hotel-com web page. She said that she shouldn't be waiting for us. Dotarłszy pod właściwy adres trzeba zadzwonić na numer podany w gablocie obok drzwi, przy czym nie spodziewajmy się, że osoba, która odbierze telefon będzie mówiła w innym języku niż hiszpański. O recepcji nie ma mowy. Ludzi z obsługi nie widać wcale. Hostel nie jest sprzątany (tylko gdy ma przyjechać nowy gość, ogarniają dla niego...
