"This hotel was on our last couple days of a 3 week trip. I prioritized location and safety first. There were better 2 to 3 star hotels which were newer and had better rooms but either their location wasn’t optimal for walking the gothic quarter and or was in a small tight alley in the gothic quarter which is a hit or miss on safety as well as getting taxis. Also this hotel is cheaper than all of them and IS NOT a hostel. So this is a 2 star hotel with its own restaurant that is a little worn but...

"Was perfect for what we needed. It’s an old building so it echoes and is a bit noisy. But overall was a good value for location. If you absolutely need A/C double check when they turn it on and off for the season. That was the only issue we had was very hot at night. "
