"We were very disappointed with the hotel. The pictures online are very misleading. The staff is lukewarm at best and indifferent to your experience. Location is great. If you book online be sure not to book the economy room and to specify how many beds you want and that you want a window. But we highly recommend choosing a different hotel because for the price there are many other much nicer options. If you have a problem with Blanq Carmen they are completely closed off to helping you solve it....
