"Excellent staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. There was a very kind lady on the front desk whose name I don't have and also Storm who was very helpful and kind also. The breakfast was epic and the character met was fun. There was lots of little details in the room. Comfy bed. Easy access to the park and early access. "It was a good place to stay - Large room and accomodationg staff. It was for a stop over so did not use the hotel for full potentia. Had breakfast at the restaurant and definitelt differewnt than Canadian standards but we are in a different country to when in Rome."

"The hotel is in a perfect location to get to easily from Arnhem Centraal station within 10-15 minute walk. Also very easy to walk around the city centre. Lots of shops and places to eat. Very easy to walk to the main bridge and the free to visit Airborne Bridge museum. 10-15 bus ride to the Airborne Museum Hartenstein as well. People very helpful and friendly. "

"There was no place to heat my food and no fridge in the room. There was also no ice machine available for cooling drinks. The location was too far from everything, and the cleaning service was minimal, only arranging the bed and changing the towels. I requested that the bottles in the bathroom be refilled, but that was not done."

"Nice family friendly hotel in a good location and secure parking for a very small fee. Close to motorway, 15 minutes from Breda city centre, local attractions and nature (Biesbosch). Lots of local shops, pubs and food places on the doorstep. Friendly service, good breakfast and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Family room we booked was huge with a seating area and lots of space but a little dark. We will definitely book again for our regular trips to this part of the Netherlands. "
