"overall it was a good stay. Hotel is a bit aged, but fully functional and absolutely fine. We had two rooms for a week in early February and will probably come back again. There are signs of wear and tear arround but it can be seen that owners are trying to be on top of it. Age of hotel is evident inside and out, but it is not bad or teribble for a 3* place. "This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave"

"Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything"

"Arrived at the property to be told I need to call and find out what room I’m in, I tried too but no joy so eventually the staff helped they phoned and got my room number then had to go back down to get the key code. I booked with Expedia and not had this issue before. "Toilet not flushing, mould on the walls, 2nd room didn’t even have a bed, it was a fold out couch from last century, not possible to put any items from the bar on the room, reception tried to charge us for the night which we had paid for online"

"Very good spa center with mineral water in the lovely mountain area of Bulgaria. The hotel facilities are properly sized - you do not have the feeling of overcrowded area. The staff is nice and smiley. Inside the rooms and in the common areas is very clean. We will visit again at first possibility. "
