The one thing - checking in on Wednesday late night, pouring rain out, trying to open the door to bring in a stroller, as the door is not automatic. Two small children and the attendant at the front desk just looked at me and did not offer any assistance. "

"The room is nice, small as is common in Manhattan. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Five stars for that. The toiletries and hair dryer however, seriously lacking. No shower cap, no body lotion, etc and the hair dryer not very good. It was weak. "

"Our room 4009 was great, yes it was small but that's to be expected in NYC, my husband, baby, and I all were comfortable, the bathroom was big enough and the shower head was actually high for tall people. Our room had a water view and a city view which we loved plus it was away from the elevators, we did not want a room in front the elevators. People complained about the elevators but we had zero issues Thursday and Friday. Saturday morning elevators were busy and took a little bit to get down...

"I enjoyed the way the room was set up. Although the place is very small there is no closet, no fridge, not much room for a luggage. So this was kind of a con. But it was nice that the room service came by everyday to replace towels, and add toilet paper. They respected our items which is nice and commendable. Overall enjoyed our stay there. "
