"It was good for 1 night. Foto had a double bed but there were two beds. My husband had to go two stairs down for the bathroom as on our floor there was only the fwmale one"

"he intentado cancelar la ultima noche ya que se pudo dormir la primera noche, la habitacion estaba al lado del ascensor y mucho ruido. A la mañana siguiente el bar estaba cerrado y para desayunar tubo que ir a una panaderia de la zona. No he podido contactar con el hotel para cancelar la noche y recuperar el dinero. Ni por email ni por telefono. Espero que algun dia contesten el email enviado."
