"This is the cleanest place that I ever been. Spotless. The place is closed to all major tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff very friendly. If I go back to Bologna will stay here again. Many thanks. 👍👍"

"Need updating shower was broken sink block badly design walk in shower flooded the room when you had a shower. Owner hardly speak English and not welcoming for the price you pay is alright somewhere to sleep for a night. Towel like bed sheets. Cleaner was very helpful though. "

My only complaint is that I was in room 102, right by the garden in the back and some boys were staying there late at night, making a lot of noise. It disturbed my sleep a lot. I told the concierge but he doesn’t seem to be able to do anything about it. So for future guests, do not let them put you in any room that is near the garden. That was a terrible experience for me. "A good, simple room that’s perfect to crash in the midst of exploring the city. Location is perfect: 15mins walk from both the center of Old Town and the train station too. Also a lot of cafes, supermarkets, pizzerias, etc. in the area."
