"We went for a family trip of 9 people, the rooms where good, clean and comfortable. Service was good. But unfortunately the Food was very average and costly. If they improve their food, this resort will be at the top."

From start the experience wasn't good. Whlist making the booking we opted for breakfast and dinner included in our tariff. "Staying in Munnar is expensive, even for 2 nights. I decided to stay in a hotel which is approx 10km from the city. This did mean I needed to be transported everywhere if not exploring the immediate area. I wanted to see Munnar and all it had to offer in 2 nights. "We stayed at Monsoon Grande in Dec 2019. The view of the tea plantation from the room was wonderful, but it's far away from most place without private transportation. The bed was comfortable, and the linen was clean. But the couch and sofa had stay and there was mildew in the shower and there was a very humid smell in the room in general.
