"Hotel Universal it is a affordable hotel close to city center. Room was good and clean. It has not ramp for disabled persons, a few stairs to get in .Staff a bit unfriendly. But at the end of the day was good. "

We sustained constant loud construction works, people yelling and shouting and banging doors noises during day and also during the night, including well past mid night and early morning. Leaking shower taps sprying all trougout the bathroom and to the bedroom. Moldy curtains, and severely decayed furniture. Amenities were almost non existant, a full set of towels was missing, not even a full spare roll of toilet paper, or enough soap to finish off a one...

"Cabaña muy antigua, nada confortable, la calefacción inservible, ropa de cama insuficiente, mantas inexistentes ni aviso de lo contrario, menaje escaso. Necesitan mejorar mucho. Como positivo, nos permitieron salir por la tarde sin coste adicional."
