"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. "Lovely hotel but air conditioning does not work so was like trying to sleep in a sauna. For some reason it only blows and does not cool, and is also very noisy. A real shame as otherwise would have been 5/5. "

"If you don't mind walking 15 min a bit uphill, not steep, from the train station (past a small market) this is a great option. Missed my train to Monserrat and stayed here. It was a gem really. Clean, coffee maker in room, excellent shower, comfortable bed. Another 12 min to rack railway. Arrived after 7pm, hotel restaurant was closed but owner had reached out on Whatsapp with code for entry (phone number on door). Thank you!!!! Great option for price. Would stay again. "

"Words can't describe how much I loved Can Farres. All of the staff was absolutely amazing, especially both Carola and Karine. I stayed there for only a couple of nights with 2 friends and we wish that we could have stayed longer. It was easily our favorite place that we stayed in.
