"I give this 5 stars as amenities and location are great but would not stay here again. It was a huge hotel and lots of tours were there, so breakfast was good but also kind of crazy. I think I was the only solo person there. Next time I will look for somewhere a little more intimate. "

"Extremely clean and tidy and staff very welcoming and helpful. The gym is snall and slightly open to the elements but has sufficient equipment for a basic workout. Food was amazing, vegetables slightly cool but could be warmed up in the microwave. Area around coffee machine & microwave a little hectic at breakfast. Pool looked great but weather too cold in March! Would definitely recommend for a short stay. "

"The hotel itself isn’t too bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to customer communication. I booked this hotel because they advertised parking spaces, but later realized there may not be enough available to guarantee a spot. I reached out via message asking to be charged for parking upfront, but unfortunately, I never received a response. "The hotel and the stay were lovely. Parking was convenient and the service and room were both great. If there was anything to fix, It would be an open restaurant within the hotel. Also because we were short on time I wish I had picked something closer to the Plaza with the octagonal tower that’s in most pictures of the town. At least though there were plenty of open restaurants and shops within a reasonable walk."
