"We really enjoyed the Sheraton and cannot wait until after their renovation to try staying again! We did have some issues within our room that were due to age but overall it was a good visit. It was super convenient to all the places we wanted to go and was perfect for our needs during this visit. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean! I would recommend this place for anyone who visits!! "

"The lobby was beautiful!! It had a Starbucks. We loved the location because it’s near several sights we wanted to see. We liked the size of the room since we had a suite with 2 bathrooms. However the beds were at most double sized not queen like we reserved. My husband and I aren’t big people and we barely fit on the bed together. "The hotel location was great as a base for sight seeing, especially with South Ferry subway station just over the road from the hotel next to the Staten Island Ferry terminal. Our room was clean and the view over the water from our room at the front of the hotel was good. "I would stay At Arlo again. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is pleasant and greets you with a smile. The room was definitely cozy ( aka small) but it was clean. Breakfast was delicious. And the fact that there is parking near by was a plus. "
