"My family enjoyed very much staying in this hotel. Hotel was very cozy. The location is very excellent, in the heart of the town that was very beautiful and historical rich town. People were very nice and helpful. They would try their best to help out when you need special needs. "

"This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. "I adored this place! From the moment you pull up, you know it's special. The lobby is great, rooms beautiful, views gorgeous. The downstairs bar and seating areas scattered on other floors give you ample options to relax outside of your room. It's a very easy walk to the aqueduct and fabulous restaurants like Jose Maria. Excellent staff."
