"Given this is a war situation, the level of hospitality and friendliness was outstanding. The staff were absolutely lovely. "I am in Ukraine to do volunteer work. Before moving to a flat in the city centre, my introduction to Lviv and to Ukraine was the gracious staff at the Hotel Maestral. I walked in the door after a long bus ride and border crossing on Saturday night. I was soooo tired.
