Also, its 7-9 minutes from the Leon bus depot, I was headed to Madrid solo after hiking for R&R. I rang the bell, jumped on the elevator to the second floor, followed the signs to counter at the far end where a woman gave me keys to my pre-paid room, the front door, and the hallway doors. "Spacious and comfortable suite in the heart of the city. Well appointed unit with a fully functional kitchen. Very convenient location just above the street where vehicular traffic is restricted. Quite well sound-proofed from the noise of the busy street, but the lights can still seep through the edges of the heavy curtains. Easy check in by code, so you don’t even need a card. The only minor improvements would be to replace the well worn towels and frying pans."
