"Good hotel, just stayed overnight but nothing to complain about "

"Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On Friday night they allowed us in to the hotel bar even though there was no one else there. The building is very unique and can feel a bit like a maze but it adds to the charm of the hotel. "

"Hotel and staff great and very helpful breakfast very good however, found the Rocket accommodation nice but the bathroom could have been better. Shower good but if you are on the large size you would have difficulty sitting on the toilet and the sink so small it was even difficult to clean your teeth. Knew it was small and a novity when we booked."

"I never have big budgets for trips so wanted somewhere convenient and comfortable for taking my lad to a gig at the Academy. Found ok although wasn't obvious as we approached, and given details by the bar in the reception bar area. We were five or so floors up in the converted loft space and the lift was out of order, just opening and shutting on one of the other floors. Room was basic, no TV or kitchen area, and shared showers were down the corridor. My lad loved the trip eapecially taking...

"They cancelled our booking. And 2 other couples we were meeting there. And then you reminded me in the run up to the weekend that we had a booking adding insult to injury. Now you want a review. Shambolic is all i can say."

"Near the aquarium and We The Curious, not much nearby otherwise. Easy parking. Fairly basic room that looks less refurbished than images shown on hotel page here. No fridge and hair dryer. Acceptable still if you are looking for a place to take quick shower and sleepover. "

"Never stay at this hotel, bed was broken, air conditioning broken, didn’t stay in the upgraded room we paid for. No tea or coffe facilities in the room, only one lift work, wasn’t offered anything help discount nothing at all. No cups in your room no kettle nothing. Paid for queen room , had a view of car park. Was a birthday night away. Stayed in room 309. Never ever again. "
