"Very nice and clean, room is small but that’s to be expected in Europe if your custom to the US. The room could use a shelf in the bathroom to put your stuff when getting ready. Refrigerator in room is nice and works well. Very pleased with the accommodations "

"Loved my stay in Riomaggiore, and la Zorza was one of my favourite rooms as well. The morning staff were absolute sweethearts, and the nighttime bar-tender was a very cute and sweet. It also had great nightlife! The view from my room was beautiful as well. Would highly recommend, and I’m sad my stay is over. -Megan "

"Basic, but comfortable and clean hotel. Short walk to shops, restaurants, train station and other services. Friendly and helpful hosts. "

"PROS: Great location, near train station, not too many steps up. Very convenient the private parking in La Spezia (the public parking at the La Spezia train station gets full by mid-morning). Clean, comfortable apartment. Staff responsive via phone, gave great advice on restaurant and baggage storage. CONS: the only window gives on to an adjacent wall. Staff not responsive to Expedia messages. Micro bathroom. Don't let the check-in guy break your passport to take a picture of it!"

"Nice property. Since the management office is off site, check in was a bit clunky, requiring an extra visit to meet the manager to review our ID documents. Otherwise, no issues and a great location. "
