"Our room was offered including city view and bathtub, which was not at the end. They could do a bit more with cleaning and maintenance. Trying to charge extra for a pillow is not acceptable."

"No one at reception and sign asks customers to call for staff to arrive for check-in. However, for anyone who has only data but unable to make local phone calls. It’s very inconvenient. The same happened when I was checking out which you have to contact staff to arrive since there is never any staff at the reception desk on duty. "

"It was a unique place to stay. It was a small hotel with few amenities but a pleasant stay. The beds were a thin piece of foam that was tolerable but not what I’m used to. More like hostel beds. Nice patio to have coffee or a beverages "

"This is the cutest B&B we’ve stayed in! Everything is decorated, including the hallway. Not only are the decorations cute, the services are amazing too! The B&B offers activity packages, which we recommend looking into as the owner booked everything for us, including ferry tickets to LiuQiu, motor bike, fun tours, photoshoots, scuba diving, and breakfast orders. Even though we were from a foreign country and was not able to pay for some activities in advance, the owner was very nice about it...

"Quite close to the pier but the location shown in the hotels.com was completely wrong. It spent lots of time to find the correct location. The room was nice and clean. I had a good stay here. "

"Turns out they did not have my reservation, saying something about having dealt with Expedia before, but not Hotels.com. So, instead of staying at a place that was a 10-minute walk for my meeting that night, I needed a 15-minute scooter ride. The bed was wide, but seemed just under my 6-foot frame in length. And on top of all that, i was not provided a breakfast."
