"Madreselva was so lovely I wanted to move in!! It’s rustic but comfortable. The rooms are set around a central patio with tables chairs and sofas, and filled with tropical plants which give a cool ambience at any time of day. The staff are all lovely (special thanks to Alba who quickly responded to queries before and during our stay). Even the other guests were pleasant and friendly. We’ll definitely be back, next time for longer. "

"All the staff were very helpful. None more so than the manager, who having telephoned for a taxi, rang and cancelled it and told me to come with him and his family in his car, he’d drop me off. "This historic property is pretty impressive in terms of the central courtyard with the sounds of sounds of vespers echoes quietly. And they still hold services there as well. Staff reached out ahead as it's a bit hard to get to driving-wise. We did have some GPS issues but parking was nearby and convenient. Staff was very helpful!
