"Hotel in the jungle with a rustic charm. Room was good with a comfortable bed. Lots of ants in the room initially but I suppose being in the jungle that’s to be expected! Restaurant food was plentiful and delicious. We stayed three nights and we didn’t get bored as there was a good varied choice -buffet or the a la cart menu-. Pool towels available and the attendant keeps the pool side nice a clean, especially with his endless battle with cleaning fallen leaves up. Bar staff were very friendly...

"Waiting on their staff at check in and check out was far too long. They need to revise their system. Too many people doing nothing but waiting for the ONE person who could do it. The place itself is incredibly beautiful -- really. Great pool and great view."

"The location of the hotel is amazing, just a short walk into the town which was beautiful but sunset. The hotel itself is a little dated and our room smelt like damp and the air conditioning wasn’t always working. The breakfast was ok but could do with more variety. "

The buffet for breakfast has an almost infinite selection and so has the dinner bufet. In adition, they have a chinese restaurant. "

"Terrible conditions in the room. There were bugs, old towels and torn bed sheets. Did not have adequate hot water. Faucet controls were falling off. One of two air conditioners was not working. Pool was not usable, the water was cloudy. This property should be delisted from hotels.com. "
