"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santa Prisca. The main reason why we chose this hotel was because they offered off road parking - which is tough to find in Rome. It turned out that it was even better than we could have imagined! The location is fantastic - right outside the hotel are bus stops that can quickly take you into the city centre. But you're just outside the busy centre so you can get a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were so friendly - they were happy to answer questions...

"First of all, this is not a hotel. It is a clean place to sleep with a comfortable bed, and hot water. Next door to a decent restaurant and very close to Ostiense train station. But there are some problems. No elevator, so lug your bags up 2 long flights of stairs. Automated check-in with 3 different codes you need to know to get in. Unless you happen to meet the maid preparing the room, you won't see any person at this site. The train tracks are literally a few meters from the window. ...

"Close to my meeting place but I will not stay there. The room is tiny. The shower is so small I could hardly fit in it and I am not a big person. There is no elevator so I had to carry my bags upstairs. The TV had only one English Channel. The bed sheets were very old and dusty. The mattress was not comfortable. The TV was on the desk so that did not leave a work area."

"Hotel was in a good location to get to both the centre of Rome and the coast. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area, reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful when needed. The breakfast options could have been better. The rooms were very clean and services daily however fresh towels daily would make this better. Overall thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to a friend."
