They really take care of you and make you feel at home, with complimentary snacks, coffee, tea and fruit in the main sitting room that makes you feel like you're in cozy living room. There's artwork and carefully thought out finishes and touches everywhere. The hostess at the front desk, Adriana, was a gem! She was very kind and helpful with loads of information. "Good location for accessing tapas bars. Friendly service. Because service people are not always at the reception, we need to carefully communicate our arrival time. Because a tapas bar is just next the building, it is noisy but not so much. We slept well."

"We loved San Sebastian and found the hotel location very convenient. We are also very grateful for the wonderful help we received from the hotel Receptionist on the day we checked out. Our early morning flight was canceled and ti reschedule we needed a Spanish speaker. The Receptionist patiently spoke with the airline so we were able to reschedule without having to go to the airport. "
