"Great staff polite and helpful. We asked for another room as the heating in our room did not work and we got another room straight away. Room was spotless although don't expect to much from 1 star hotel."

"Very satisfied on the whole with the property and our stay. The room was clean and well decorated. The staff were great and it is very convenient for the city. Only a few small issues :- The walls/doors didn't offer much sound insulation so you here noise at times. Also, the curtains in our room were white and thin, so light came in. At times there seemed to be issues with power. This was easy resolved, but would have been better if it hadn't happened at all."

"Perfect hotel for a short stay (we stayed 3 nights) - pretty basic but great value for money, quiet, good location close to a supermarket and not far from the bus stop in to town. The only think we went keen on was the shower area was VERY slippery and could have done with a slip mat. "
